After more than 2 years of studying Aging i reached the conclusion that aging can not be distinguish from chronic diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, decline of the immune system.
This book is about: How we can stop and reverse aging now! The Best Ways to stop and reverse aging.
We will only take in to consideration here the Anti Aging Products which have clear internal changes, and exclude the skin superficial products in this article.
Aging is an complex biological process where the cells and organs, and in the end the hole organism became less adaptable to the environment. The repairing abilities and the regeneration decrease as the organism is getting old.
We all need to remember one thing: No One Dies of Old Age!
0. Avoid stress and getting Psychological Old
1. Eat until you are 80% full, never eat more than you need. Try to avoid proteins (meat) and animal fats.
In humans protein restriction generates lower IGF-1 serum which is associated with longevity. (In rats and other animals, lower IGF-1 is generated by caloric restriction alone.)'
In time-dependent models, age-sex-adjusted death rates from natural causes
and from IHD were similar among the nondiabetic groups (NGR, isolated IGT,
isolated IFG and combined IGT and IFG).
In the diabetic (DM) subjects, death rates from natural causes were higher
relative to NGR only in subjects with ≥15 years of DM and death rates from IHD
were higher only in subjects with ≥10 years of DM.
Incidence of IHD was elevated relative to NGR only in those with DM ≥15 years
of duration.
In a comprehensive study published in the journal “Social Science & Medicine, 2010”, researchers discovered significant spikes in both cardiac and non-cardiac deaths during the holidays. Researchers looked at 57.5 million U.S. death certificates spanning the years 1979 to 2004. They also warned this deadly holiday trend is on the rise. ANICODirect.com notes that the rate of insurance policies issued also drop during the month of December which compounds the problem even more.
A total of 2990 patients (72%) survived their first stroke by >27 days, and 2448 (59%) were still alive 1 year after the stroke; thus, 41% died after 1 year. The risk for death between 4 weeks and 12 months after the first stroke was 18.1% (95% CI, 16.7% to 19.5%). After the first year, the annual risk for death was approximately 10% and remained almost constant.
Last week, NFL great Gene Upshaw passed away suddenly from pancreatic cancer. Oncologist Allyson Ocean explains how the illness felled Upshaw only four days after doctors found it
Mr Raghav, who was a wrestler in his younger days and still works nine hours a day digging fields, is confident he will be around to see his offspring grow up, challenging reporters to come and see him in another ten years.
Most Research indicates Dementia is caused by 50-60% caused by Alzheimer disease
10% caused by Multi-infarct disease
10% caused by combination Multi-infarct/Alzheimer disease
5-10% caused by Lewy Body Dementia
5% caused by Frontotemporal Dementias
10% caused by a combination of the remaining causes listed above
From forty through seventy, the five major risk factors for heart disease are family history, smoking, high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure.
Major morbidities examined included dementia, cancer, cerebrovascular accident, heart failure and myocardial infarction. Logistic regression analyses demonstrated that many of the variables were independently predictive for survival and for morbidity-free ageing to 85 years.
According to the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the leading causes of death among those ages 65 and over are, in descending order, heart disease, cancer, stroke, respiratory disease, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, influenza, kidney disease, accidents and infection.
When we reach over 65 we have to expect that our body is going to experience some wear and tear. The body reaches its prime around the latter part of our mid twenties and thirties. Once we reach our forties the body slowly declines. Our muscle mass and tissue begin to reduce. The body's ability to burn calories and keep the weight off becomes less effective and efficient. As we get older we have less energy than we did when we were in our early twenties. This is part and parcel of growing old.
Relation between cardiovascular and metabolic disease and cognition in very old age: cross-sectional and longitudinal findings from the berlin aging study
There was no differential decline in participants diagnosed with 1 of these 4 diseases and those who were not. The only cardiovascular risk factor associated with cognitive performance was alcohol consumption.
The Aging Process is in reality made of many parallel processes, which will decrease the organism adaptability and survival rate. It is caused by insufficient adaptation and imperfect repairing mechanisms. The direct consequence of this processes are the "aging" diseases, for which we don't really have a cure, our current medicine is mostly managing the symptoms trying to reduce them, to slow the disease process and to minimize the impact in our quality of life.
We have 4 primary causes of death which are the root causes of over 80% of deaths:
I found a nice interesting article on the web. Because I read it from Google Cache (Page don't seem to load) ... I will put it here on the website so it will not be lost. It contains many interesting information’s except the end which is Hollywood style:
Everything is interconnected, but I think there is no better example and unappreciated biological process than sleep.
I'm always sleep deprived! Is hard to get enough sleep in our modern environment, and without busy work hours, and I feel it! it is extremely clear that sleep deprivation have negative effects on the overall well being of my body.
I think we need to clarify first what is sleep, and be prepare for a surprise, it is not a useless dormant state...
Aging is caused by insufficient adaptation and repair mechanism of the body!
The organisms have 3 big phases:
1. Embryonic phase which is strictly regulated, and the most evolved, and well genetically controlled phase of living organisms
Any small error will create dead embryos
2. The growing to sexual maturity phase.
It is a phase in which the genes are very well controlled to avoid disease, to offer maximum performance.
Because you want to know How to look younger, and not how to stay younger or how to reverse aging I will give you here only the quick dirty tips to appear younger.
