What is Aging - The Aging Process in Humans Explained

Diseases is Aging

After more than 2 years of studying Aging i reached the conclusion that aging can not be distinguish from chronic diseases like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, decline of the immune system.

How And Why Do We Age - The Aging Process

Aging is caused by insufficient adaptation and repair mechanism of the body!
The organisms have 3 big phases:
1. Embryonic phase which is strictly regulated, and the most evolved, and well genetically controlled phase of living organisms
Any small error will create dead embryos
2. The growing to sexual maturity phase.
It is a phase in which the genes are very well controlled to avoid disease, to offer maximum performance.

The Anatomy and Physiology of Aging

Aging is a continuous multidimensional decline of the ability to respond to stress, increased homeostatic imbalance, and increased risk of aging-associated diseases.

It is caused by insufficient adaptation and repair mechanisms. It is in our genes!

The body have the guarantee working period of 14-30 years, after this the force of natural selection decrease and we are on our own.
