To keep your body as young as possible for as long as possible, keep it moving. As usual, Hippocrates got it right about 2,400 years ago, explaining, “That which is used develops; that which is not wastes away.”

I put Physical Exercises as Nr One even before Caloric Restriction [2], because even trough the increase of maximum life span is 25-50% of the one given by caloric restriction, it is the best way to increase the qualithy of life and decrease the risks of any age related ilness. As allready specified in the animals models, we are not rats, they die from very different causes.

For phisical activity to be eficient it need be trated not as something you do few times a week (workout) but as a hour by hour activity! [3][4]

This is the best way to revive your body, to clean your cells, and to activate your antiaginging genes. Intermitent fasting should be considered too. This the best known way to extend your maximal life span, for a 40% caloric restriction you can get a 40% extension of your life. CR affects the basic metabolism of the aging process.

Antiaging diet means to consume the substances wich have an proven effect of incresing your life span by targeting some very specific aging effects. Foods like: Green Tea and other special substances.
